Who is hosting the conference?

The ACTA Conference is a being spearheaded by the action sports mission organization, Ride Nature but being hosted and presented by a collective effort of leaders, ministries, and organizations working together to serve, support, and encourage leadership while hopefully equipping and activating a new wave of leadership simultaneously.

How much does it cost to attend?

This gathering and conference is absolutely FREE! The approximate per person who attends is $50. There is the opportunity to help cover your registration costs but there is a desire to lead with generosity and not making finances something that keeps people from attending.

free lodging?

While we wish we could offer free lodging, as you can imagine, this would be extremely difficult with people coming in from all over the world. If you’re looking to save funds, we would definitely encourage you to consider splitting the lodging cost with some other friends or family that will be attending.

When and where should I fly into?

The conference begins Thursday evening so we suggest flying in Thursday, August 21st in the morning or early afternoon. The closest airport to fly into would be San Diego but depending on the price for your flight, it might be worth flying into LAX and grabbing a rental car.

Will there be food provided?

We will be providing a FREE light breakfast (donuts, bagels, fruit) along with coffee on Friday morning. On Friday for lunch we will have some food trucks on sight and there will be a break in the evening for dinner. Saturday you’ll have the opportunity to put everything we’ve talked about during the conference in action. There will be multiple outreach events happening Saturday morning/early afternoon and then Saturday evening we will be participating by both attending and serving with a large community outreach event called, “MOVEMENT OCEANSIDE”.

Can I set up a table or sell merch?

There is a limited amount of space for exhibitors but we are hoping to offset some of the conference costs by providing offering 10’x10’ space.

How can I support this conference?

We definitely would like to invite you to pray. Pray that God would bring the right people, that He would be glorified through this gathering, and that lives will be impacted as we gather together.
